Free Membership: We offer free membership to the ABiTOwnership website which provides proprietary access to browse pre-vetted commercial real estate investments.
Step 2: BROWSE
Browse Deals: Members can view an Investment Summary of a real estate investment opportunity on the Investment page.
Management Profile: For each real estate investment opportunity there is detailed information about the financials.
Email Updates: ABiTOwnership will send email updates when launching a new investment opportunity or with interesting updates about real estate investing.
Step 3: INVEST
Payments: Once your investment amount and payment method is selected, you will be redirected to view the property ID, address and network to facilitate the transfer of funds. You can refer back to the property details page by clicking the "Back"
Step 4: BENEFIT
Monitor Real Estate Activities: Investors will receive investment updates, pertinent press articles, and updates from the sponsor or operator.
Interest or Distributions: With Blockchain technology, we no longer need to wait 30 days to receive a bank transfer. Owning property with ABiTOwnership allows you to collect rent every week. Rent is paid to your Bitcoin (BTC) or Tether USDT (TRC20) wallet.
Accounting: A third party accounting firm will manage the annual investor financial reporting and tax information.
Resell Your Shares: After 30 days, you are allowed to resell your capital shares and the final realization of the investment will be remitted.
