Free Membership: We offer free membership to the CRE-DAI™ website which provides proprietary access to browse pre-vetted commercial real estate investments.

Step 2: BROWSE

Browse Deals: Members can view an Investment Summary of a real estate investment opportunity on the Investment page.

Management Profile: For each real estate investment opportunity there is information about the investment manager or sponsor or operator who will be investing in and managing the real estate.

Company Documents: The Investment section will include a section for Documents that may include additional information such as an Information Memorandum, the property financials, a financial analysis, and market information. The investment documents may include a Subscription Agreement and an Operating Agreement.

Email Updates: CRE-DAI™ will send email updates when launching a new investment opportunity or with interesting updates about real estate investing.

Step 3: INVEST

Payments: The initial investment process will allow investors to notify us of their particular investment interest and we will facilitate the transfer of funds.

Legal Documents: Once you decide which real estate investment opportunity you want to invest in, you can easily sign the legal documents through an offline email or online use of our e-signature technology.

Step 4: BENEFIT

Monitor Real Estate Activities: Investors will receive investment updates, pertinent press articles, and updates from the sponsor or operator.

Interest or Distributions: Investors will receive regular interest or other distributions as received from the investment fund or sponsor.

Accounting: A third party accounting firm will manage the annual investor financial reporting and tax information.

Realize Your Investment Return: Upon the sale of the property, the sales proceeds will be allocated to the investors and the final realization of the investment will be remitted to investors.
