The investment documents may include a Subscription Agreement and an Operating Agreement.
Email Updates: CRE-DAI™ will send email updates when launching a new investment opportunity or with interesting updates about real estate investing.
Payments: The initial investment process will allow investors to notify us of their particular investment interest and we will facilitate the transfer of funds.
Legal Documents: Once you decide which real estate investment opportunity you want to invest in, you can easily sign the legal documents through an offline email or online use of our e-signature technology.
Monitor Real Estate Activities: Investors will receive investment updates, pertinent press articles, and updates from the sponsor or operator.
Interest or Distributions: Investors will receive regular interest or other distributions as received from the investment fund or sponsor.
Accounting: A third party accounting firm will manage the annual investor financial reporting and tax information.
